Is something re-submitting messages somehow?????

I just got 2 messages from L-Soft list server saying that posts I made this morning were rejected for being duplicates of other messages.  Then there were 3 messages saying that messages had been submitted successfully -- but those 3 were from Friday.

Apologies if you are all getting extra posts from me.  Should I suspect a glitch in 3000L ?  SBC ?  Outlook Express?
