There is a 'roll your own' method which involves building an Image database
of sufficient capacity that will 'utilize' the entire disc drive (when
DBUTIL allocates the needed disk space it also initializes it to binary
zeros) or you could go for the 'paid' solution by visiting:

Is anyone aware of a tool, free or otherwise, that will scrub a disc
that is looking to be discarded ?  I hav a client site asking about
this.
