Problem during Autoraid 12H Installation

So who has nothing better to do an a Sunday afternoon ;-) ......

I am working with a site who is doing an installation of an AutoRAID 12H
today.  After doing the INSTALL, when they try and boot they get the
following error when they try and logon as MANAGER.SYS:

Unable to obtain temp "direc" on ldev 20 in jsmain

I had the site reboot and do a START NORECOVERY NOSYSSTART but they still
get the same error.  This location is replacing all their existing disc
(old 2490 drives) with this AutoRAID drive.

They have successfully booted to the AutoRAID in SINGLE-USER mode, but not
yet in MULTI-USER mode.

I have done a ton of INSTALL's and never seen this error before, and
neither has the engineer doing the work.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !
