I don't remember the whole story, but from what I can remember
he paid for a prostitute with a check while he was on the
city council!  It seems to me that the transaction occurred
across the river in Kentucky.  It must not have upset the good
citizens of Cincy too much as I believe his stint as mayor came
after that so who knows :)
