Of course not -- even though the device explodes, the MASS of the bomb isn't
destroyed, merely spread extremely thinly across a huge area... [well,
perhaps *some* entropy enters the equation and thus some "mass" is lost as it
gets converted to energy] :) :) :)

OTOH, if you were to detonate such a device in a perfect vacuum [deep space?]
and yet contain every particle expelled from the explosion, I'm sure you'll
find that the total mass of any such "dust" will be very close to the
original mass of the device...
