Try it again once you've answered this question..  The "standard forms"
reply is a result of having previously used a forms message.  Once you reply
to the forms message, the system assumes that that type of form remains on
the printer, so when you then try to print something without a forms message
it has to ask you if you've removed the special forms.

So it sounds like your ALTER command worked, its just that the spooler was
still in special forms mode.  Once you reply to the "standard forms" message
it should print your ALTER:NOFORMS spoolfiles without asking you any more
questions.
