TIP of the week -

GAMBLING-MARCH MADNESS
NCAA Bylaw 10.3
NCAA rules prohibit soliciting or accepting a bet on any intercollegiate
competition for any item that has tangible value.  These regulations apply
to all staff members in an institution's athletic department and all
student-athletes.  THIS INCLUDES NCAA TOURNAMENT POOLS.
