Mr. Scott Rosenow, Theater Institute Director for the Southeast Center
for Education in the Arts (SCEA), has been selected to review proposals for
the National Education Association (NEA) Foundation.
Mr. Rosenow will be assessing about 40 proposals submitted by arts
teachers from schools across the country for the foundation's Fine Arts
Grants program. These grants enable fine arts teachers to develop and
implement programs that will enhance the learning experience of students
at risk of school failure.
Mr. Rosenow and other review panelists will evaluate the proposals to
decide which programs best utilize new and changing technology and which
could serve as models in other schools in the future. By serving on this
panel, Mr. Rosenow will have the opportunity to meet and share ideas with
other experts in his field, and he will be exposed to the most innovative
new arts program ideas from teachers around the nation.
Congratulations to Mr. Rosenow! Being selected as a review panelist
brings recognition to the institution and demonstrates your expertise in
and commitment to arts education.
