Vine Street will be closed at Palmetto Street.  Access to the library
parking garage and lot 10 will be from the driveway located on Fifth Street.

The City of Chattanooga will be paving several areas during spring break.
There areas will maintain at least one lane of traffic.  Please see the
locations listed below:

These are the streets and limits the City of Chattanooga is planning to
repave during spring break.  The contractor will place NO PARKING signs 24
hours before work will begin and any cars that are not removed from the
street within that time will be towed.

CLARK ST. from Central Ave to #839 Clark St.
OAK ST. from Douglas St. to Georgia Ave.

UNIVERSITY ST. from MLK Blvd. to 10th St.
DOUGLAS ST. from MLK Blvd to 8th St.
