With high regards to Mr. Rosenblatt, whether carpet
bombing is right or wrong, I won't argue the point,
he's a winner there.
However last time I heard, carpet bombing is not a war
crime. It is however, an act of war.
Neither have I heard of any instance, (winners or
losers,) prosecuted for carpet bombing after the
conclusion of any conflict. War criminals have
been prosecuted for other things, but not that.
(But, there's a first for everything. I'm sure
there's a whole slew of lawyers waiting to do so.)
