Matthew,

I would need some more information.  But looking at your output I see

 DATE: 01/01/1970 TIME: 00:00:00

It appears the clock has not been set correctly, It is to early for me to
remember how to set it in GSP.  Try help

Also be sure to boot from primary and INTERACT with IPL, at the ISL prompt
check and set the time again.
