I don't know if this will help or hurt -- I don't think it does "3D", but it
does help organize and present "ideas" in a way that is new to many -- the
technique/technology is called "mind mapping" -- a friend of mine was showing
this to me as a way to help develop a business plan.

Google produces too many hits for me to decide which is best for you :)

The search I tried was "mind map software"
