I got a personalized form email from Interex that probably
some of you also received.

This caught my attention:

>No matter what size company you represent, HP is
>interested in your perspectives on the relationship
>you've built together. What could be improved?
>What's been done right? Any complaints?

I have been reading "Symmetry" by Hermann Weyl and the
question naturally popped up:

What if WE, the customers of HP, were to ask HP
the SAME questions? What would HP have to say,
     symmetrically speaking?

"No matter what size company HP is, we are
interested in HP's perspectives on the
relationship HP has built with us. What could
be improved? What's been done right? Any
        complaints?"

Ladies and Gentlemen, start your surveys!

Reflexively yours,
