Please announce this to your students.

The Student Leadership Record is a way for students to document their
involvement while at UTC.    The form is available at
http://www.utc.edu/~student/. Click on "Useful Forms" and look for Student
Leadership Record on the list.  Once the form is completed, they can bring
the forms to the Student Development office on the 2nd Floor of Pfeiffer
Hall or they can email it to me at

We use this form to assist in the selection of student appointments to
University committees and for University honors and recognitions.  It is a
simple form that does not take long to fill out.  It is also a good way for
students to keep track of their leadership experiences for use on their resume.
