Dear Faculty,

We are having trouble with people cutting articles out of the newspapers
that the library purchases for public use. We don't know if it is students
doing this or not, but if you are having them cut articles out for class
please adjure them to spend the fifty cents for their own copy (or the ten
cents per page to make a copy).
