Ladieeeees and Gentlemen,

We have here today/tonight as the case maybe, a shadow-boxing match,
in preparation for the World's Super-Lightweight word-jousting
Championship ...

At one corner of the ring, we have one mean looking (but kindest in
heart) Ozzie Bastard (newly certified by Andy, only minutes ago <G>),
the former Pommie Bastard and Old Bastard, :-)))))

Referee interjects ... "keep your teeth off his ears. Don't be a
Mike Tyson. It's 'them thar', and not 'them they'" :-)))

At the other corner of the ring, we have the ever fence-straddling,
obfuscating, but ever-ready to throw a sneaky stab at an opponent's
back, and the World's best known Oztrich, Lee Bell, who ran around
the ring in circles with,

>I must admit that this is a use I had not previously considered. Perhaps
>they have some merit after all. My Mares fins, the ones I had in Coz, are
>way to light to be an effective wacking device. My newer, Quatro Power
>fins would work better. They're longer, giving me more leverage and
>distance. Distance is sometimes important in wacking.

Referee interjects ... "put up your joust. Stop running around in
circles. Floyd Patterson was once disqualified for running away
from an opponent in the ring".

>You're a perfect example of why I say the Jet Fins must be better than
>I think they are. I've known you to be foolish (pleasantly so), but
>never to be a fool. If you like Jet Fins, they must have some redeeming
>characteristics (other than eliminating the need for ankle weights). I
>just havn't found those characteristics.
>
>Lee

Referee points Lee to his corner. "That's a very lame attempt, even
in a shadow-boxing match. You're disqualified on Technical Count."

Referee raises Strike's arm, "Our WINNER ... by a TCO."

Crowd cheers, whistles, sneers, ... some heading toward the ticket
booth demanding money-back for a word-jousting bout that never
was. :-) But the Challenger will be back, as surely as some turds
will float in the ocean ...

"I bid you a good day/evening/night, as the case maybe", exits the
Ref, shaking his head.
