wag - 10 * 7 = 70. 100mHz/10mHz = 10.
The Ethernet card in the 'slow' PC is doing 100/100 to the HP3000, but
all the others are only doing 10/10 (even if you think they are doing
100/100).
Check a few Link Speed/Duplex mode settings in Control
Panel/System/Device Manager/Network Adaptors/(Your Network
Card)/Advanced
and see if the Tortoise is beating the Hares that way.....
