Patrick-
I'll take a stab at it.
I'll bet that the original file was saved by MANAGER.SYS, and that when you
saved it this time it was by OPERATOR.SYS. As MANAGER.SYS, issue the
command LISTFILE filename.COMMAND,-3 and I'll bet that the creator is
something else, like OPERATOR.SYS. If that is the case, as MANAGER.SYS get
into EDITOR, text in the file, and then keep it. The go to OPERATOR.SYS and
see if you can launch it.

Subject: Security on stream launched by operator.sys

The backup job I launched by operator.sys since 4 years must now be launched
by manager.sys
The file is in command.sys. The security is execute for any
'Streams 10' is OK
The job card is ' !JOB BACKUP,OPERATOR.SYS,COMMAND;OUTPUT=LP,1,1'
I launch the job by 'stream backup.command.sys;at=01:00'
I am in MpeiX 6.0 patch 1
The only change I made is the patch NSTGD3KA ( General Fixes for NS
