In getting work done on a 2564C printer, somewhere along the way, my network connection is having a bit of a problem. I can ping the print server and I can access the print server via a browser to set configuration, but can't seem to talk to the printer. The cable worked yesterday and the swap out printer worked yesterday and works still today on a DTC port. The print server is an Axis with a serial connection.
Below is what the HP tells me when I try to print, which looks like the printer isn't there (for all intents and purposes). Just wondering if I am missing something here...
