Could you have possibly have picked a location farther away from southern

have all that and more -- too bad "admin" jobs tend to be "hands on" (as in
on-site); I would love to hear that they are open to the concept of
"telecommuting" [after all, other than shoving a tape into the drive, and the
ever-so-rare ctl-A shutdown command, there really isn't any need to be
"physically next to the computer" nowadays, even for "admin" stuff...]
