Below is a link to the Associate Provost Evaluation Web Site.  The search
committee needs the help of those who were and will be involved in
interviews with Dr. Kathleen Rountree, the candidate for the position of
Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, who is on campus today and
tomorrow.  We are asking that you visit the web site and complete an
evaluation for this candidate.  You will find that there are two forms to
be completed.  One is focused on the evaluation of the candidate and the
other is focused on data about you.  We need you to complete both
forms.  Note that there is no way that your responses to one form can be
associated with your responses to the other form.  In other words, your
responses will be held in strictest confidence and your anonymity will be
preserved.
