I'm not sure if the entire campus is experiencing phone difficulties, but
we are in Student Development.  Our phones went dead in the middle of
conversations earlier.  When they appeared to be working again, I attempted
another call.  To my surprise there was already a conversation taking place
between two people (not in Student Development).  I tried to make my
presence known, but it soon became apparent that they could not hear me.

I just wanted the campus to know that there are strange things going on
with the phones.  What you might think is a private conversation, may not
be today.
