    I am wondering what the policy will be for UTC if Chattanooga gets the
4-6 inches of snow.  Maclellan Gym opens at 6 am and the rowing team has a
morning practice at that time.  So, if UTC will be closed, or delayed in
opening, is it possible to get that determined by 5 am and out to the TV
and radio media so that students can learn about the delay or closing
before they arrive at campus.
