Bah...an amendment written by amateurs :)

Actually, it would appear that he could run for VP, be elected VP,
and then have the President resign, leaving him President ... legally.
I.e., the amendment seems to in no way address the question of
how many years a person can serve as President ... it merely addresses
and limits the ability to be elected to the office.

That's why we need more programmers in Washington, and more lawyers unemployed.
