I sent 3 messages to this list yesterday and 
got 3 similar responses, so it has something to
do with this list and that Summit address.  

(Not me of course, I must blame everything
else but me.)

I also got a private response from the 
recipient whose mailbox sent those responses.
She cannot determine the cause at this time,
but will check with her mail administrator.
