Nice idea in theory, like the OT: topic we use now.  But people won't use
them.  More importantly, Listserv won't exclude them -- postings without
a "topic" keyword are submitted under the "Other" topic (which can be
excluded by subscribers, but would rule out most legitimate mail now).
It is "throwing the baby away with the bathwater".

Well, I had to approve your first few posts until it was apparent this
was going to be a permanent thing.  I have since added you to the list
as <[log in to unmask]> and set your subscriber options to NOMAIL.
This won't result in anything getting sent to you, but it does serve to
"approve" your postings automatically.
