I suggest that you look at pegasus e-mail (www.pmail.com).  Pegasus
contains a built-in mailing list (distribution list) feature, is
immune to office macro and VBA exploits, and does not permit a lot of
potentially dangerous things that e-mail users casually do with
Outlook and OutlookX.
