Both Republicans and Democrats follow the laws. Ask their high-priced
lawyers. When the laws don't permit them to do what they want, they
change them to meet their needs or they sneak around them.

One example was the Clinton impeachment.  In a real impeachment,
prosecution and defense witnesses are called and thoroughly questioned
by both sides. In Clinton's case, testimony from witnesses was
deliberately excluded.

Soooo ... was it an impeachment or just a sham?
