I've searched many sources and have yet to find any hint of a connection. Are you
sure about this? Maybe it was the Trilateral Commission.

Yes, Paul Newman donates to a lot of left-wing organizations, too, but that doesn't
mean that it's all a plot to sell salad dressing.
While searching for the alleged yellow peril connections of OISM, I did notice one
thing. There didn't appear to much if any attempt to discuss the content of the
offending paper (http://www.oism.org/pproject/review.pdf), only its formatting.
