Hello Loay...  if you want to convert Arabic HP to Arabic MS, you need a utility to convert the ascii values from HP values to MS values for the same Arabic letters...  i've written a small program to do that and it will accept a file, process it and change the ascii values as required...  if you need it, give me your email and i will email it to you...
