Note this system has a relative performance index of 16 at
http://www.aics-research.com/hp3000/relperf.html.  We'll need a
mostly-comparable box, but slight performance improvements are probably ok;
need to stay in line with our current 3rd party support levels (VeSoft MPEX,
Security, VeAudit; Minisoft NetPrint; Robelle Suprtool & Qedit) on this
'disaster' backup box.  We almost jumped at ClientSystems' HPWorld offer of
928 @ $3995, then realized it might be just a tad slower (relperf=14).
