Well, according to the System Manager, he changed the time about 10:30 PM,
so we thought it should be OK, but then no one was watching to see the rate
at which the time changed (gradually), so who knows what the job scheduler
saw.
After restoring from the backup tape, everything is running the way it should.
Next year at this time, we should probably stop the scheduler while the time
is being changed.  Sometimes I think we outsmart ourselves by trying to
automate too many things at the same time.
