Good point!  But now a further question... If a system is sitting in the UK
and daylights savings occurs in the UK (it does doesn't it?),
wouldn't/shouldn't the time change by an hour?  Perhaps the system is set to
use "GMT" which can change and thus GMT and UTC can be different?
