Another reason to follow Arizona's lead, and a few counties in Indiana, to
do away with dst.

Wintel does not have the "nifty" gradual change either. We have to actually
shut down our SAP systems for an hour plus Sunday morning because of the
time change.

What about HP-UX? Anyone know the story there?
