It is sad to see corporate America shift the concept of value. Many of the companies, such as HP, grew to their status because they understood the value of their customers. As the new corporate America has evolved, there has been a major shift in the value of customers to value of the shareholder.
I am not down playing the importance of a shareholder, but no business can thrive with out customers.
