On a 9x8 box, does the firmware chip holding the user license, Susan number,
etc. go with the chassis or the processor board?

Assuming I have a 928RX with 160 user license. And I also have a 988RX with
100 user license. If I now swap processor boards, will I now have a 928RX
100 user and a 988RX 160 user? Or will I still have the old configuration?

If physically possible, does HP licensing still restrict it? In other words,
would HP take me to court for a license violation?
