You could use DBUTIL to see what sessions have the database lock. The
command is SHOW <database> locks.

Not a direct answer to your question, but it's probably worth checking
whether Netbase export is running - if not then the first file in the
export/import/post chain can fill up and the whole system grinds to a halt !

I'm currently showing a high level of locks in Glance. Several sessions are
showing impeded. What's the best way to drill down to see which
session/process actually has what DB locked. Thanx!
