Why does anyone believe that HP will admit a mistake.  I have not seen that at anytime in the last 30 years that anyone from HP admits they made a mistake.  They always have justification and rationalizations for their decisions whether they make any sense or not.

Personally, I think it is a good day if I make only 2 or 3 mistakes.  I readily admit to them and apologize.  My philosophy is simple:  Set the standard, improve each day, and have fun.  Your mistakes are where you typically make your improvements.

So to request that HP admit to a mistake is unrealistic.
