The man's name was Marc Hoff and he helped form the group that maintained
MPE/V for many years. Unfortunately Marc died of cancer. Following his
death, the Interex HP Employee of the Year Award was renamed to the
Marc Hoff Award, for he supported a lot of HP engineers going the extra
mile to help HP users.
