QUAD Renumber increment (for COBOL?)

Gather wants a <TO> line number.... G all TO 1 by .001 dies after 9 lines.

It's not supposed to be this hard! LOL.

For the time being, I leave quad and text the file with EDITOR where I CAN
set the delta and renumber it... but what a pain!!!
