The Renumber Command
--------------------
The Renumber command does a keep just like the Keep command but
renumbers the kept file.
The format is
RENumber [File Name] [(Range)]
The new numbering starts at 1. If the file is a COBOL file, the
line increments are .1; otherwise they are 1.
