Please announce:
Members of UTC's Student Green Party and several other UTC students have
worked with Katuah Earth First! to organize a peace rally in honor of the
National Day of Resistance, to be held this Sunday, October 6th, at 1pm, in
Miller Park.  The rally is part of the Not in Our Name Movement.  During
this rally, various speakers will talk about the many reasons to promote
peace instead of war and a pledge of resistance will be signed.  Come early
for a free hot vegetarian meal.  The event is free and open to the
public.  Any questions, please contact UTC student Amanda Womac at 488-1456.
