UTC will utilize K.D. Roberts Co. for printer repairs and re-manufactured
printer laser toner cartridges required by UTC departments for the period
November 1, 2002 thru October 31, 2003.

New printers under warranty will not fall within the scope of the repair
Agreement.  Repairs needed on items under warranty should be repaired by
the original Seller.

To arrange printer repairs or to purchase re-manufactured laser cartridges,
contact K.D. Roberts Co. at  (423) 622-7200.

Departments are encouraged to use procurement cards when paying for printer
repairs and toner cartridge purchases.

Prices are as follows:

Printer Repairs  Labor $30/hr plus parts at 30% discount.
