My memory says that has never been in ldev order.... In the classic days
I thought it just dumped out the JMAT table in what ever order came out,
so I would expect that to be the same with XL/iX. If you are using ns or
telnet it would use the ldev #'s up in order, and when refilling a empty
slot due to a logoff it more then likely be the same number.
