The SIU tool on Jazz might help.  This CI script reports on config
items, files, databases, 3rd party software, etc. It is free and
can be downloaded at:
  http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/scripts/siu/index.html

Although SIU can be used to begin planning for a migration,
I think it is also useful to system managers wanting to better
understand/monitor their system's inventory.

To get the most details, enter :siu @ -1  (this may take a while
to complete). Help is available by entering :siu ?
