At prompt, type /bin/ed FILENAME
where FILENAME is the name of your file in all caps.
If it's in a different group, you'll need to HFS it. i.e.
/bin/ed ../GROUP/FILENAME
Then type
g/^$/d
followed by <ENTER>
wq
followed by <ENTER>
That's it.
