You know, speaking of long distance.....has anybody ever noticed in looking
at your long distance bill every month, that the university (or the
university departments, rather) pays $.20/minute for long distance?  In this
time, when all of the long distance companies are competing with each other
so feverishly, this is hardly a good deal.  We could do much better by
purchasing prepaid phone cards, some of which you can get as low as .04-.05
cents per minute!  Does anybody have any input on this, or has it been
considered?  What's the story on this?

Just curious (trying to save some money)....
