The telecomm department has been trying to re-route calls to a new Directory
Assistance Service for Information calls. The accidental billing for the
"Toll-Free" calls was an unfortunate by-product of the changes. The billing
for these calls has since been stopped. If your department will contact
Cynthia she can either 1.create a TV OR 2. (preferred) we can credit your
next bill.
I apologize for the incorrect billing, the Telecomm Div tries its best to
serve the campus in a positive responsive manner...we consider the
University a team and are always striving for better customer service.
