On or around the 19th of August, each UTC faculty and staff member
should have received a letter regarding Lupton Library’s new borrowing
policies. The changes to our policies include longer loan periods, more
ways to renew items (in person, online, or by telephone), and the
establishment of overdue fines for faculty and staff.
Although these policies did go into effect on August 19th, we have
provided faculty and staff with a grace period on all fines through
Monday, September 9th. To avoid overdue fines, PLEASE return or renew
any overdue items prior to this coming Monday.
You can check your account status and renew your books online at
www.lib.utc.edu (click on “your library records”), over the phone at
425-4501, or in person at the Lupton Library circulation counter.
If you have any questions regarding our new policies, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Andrea Anderson
