The Disbursements office have been notified that effective immediately the
Form T-30 must be used for all Conference and Seminar Registration
Prepayments.  The form can be found at website:
WWW.admin.tennessee.edu/uwa.to.  You should continue to used the Form T-29
for all other prepayments.

If you have any questions, please contact Jeanette Conner, Maggie Hall or
Phyllis Robinson in the Disbursements office at 4536.
